Wuhan – Guangzhou, China
1069km high-speed railway links two cities in China
In 2006, we secured the contract for Germany’s first major railway project in China—the dual-direction high-speed rail connecting Wuhan and Guangzhou. As the exclusive sleeper mould manufacturer for this line, we produced nearly 1,000 sets of sleeper moulds between 2007 and 2008. Additionally, we manufactured the sleeper production lines and the track construction equipments for the project. Our involvement continued as the project expanded, extending its reach to Shenzhen from 2011 to 2015, and finally to Hong Kong in 2018, ultimately connecting 16 cities along the route.

GTV: Enhancing Tunnel Construction Efficiency
In a recent tunnel project, the construction team faced difficulties using traditional transport methods. Moving heavy materials like steel rails and concrete through narrow tunnels was slow and inefficient. To solve these problems, Everrail developed the Self-Propelled Gantry Multi-Function Transport Vehicle (GTV). This machine improved the construction process by making it faster, safer, and more cost-effective.
